ARÖMER will organize the 2026 6-hour online “Training of Trainers” Program to support trainers in developing their professional knowledge and skills.
ARÖMER will offer a comprehensive and practice-oriented program in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. The program aims to help participants improve their skills in effective lesson planning, material development, and classroom management for students at different proficiency levels.
The training will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams and will consist of 2-hour sessions held on three different days.

The program consists of 2-hour sessions held on three different days, for a total duration of 6 hours.
Training Program
Day One: Fundamentals and Direct Instruction (2 Hours)
First Hour: Fundamentals of Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers
- Differences between teaching Arabic to native speakers and teaching Arabic to non-native speakers
- Language proficiency levels from A1 to C2 and relevant reference frameworks
- Determining the appropriate teaching approach according to the student’s level
Second Hour: Explaining Without Using an Intermediate Language
- Using visuals, body language, and lesson context in teaching
- Strategies for reducing teacher talking time
- Creating an interactive learning environment
Day Two: Skills and Educational Materials (2 Hours)
First Hour: Teaching Language Skills and Grammar
- Integrating the four main language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Presenting grammar and vocabulary in a functional way appropriate to students’ proficiency levels
Second Hour: Designing Activities and Materials
- Selecting books and digital tools appropriate to students’ needs
- Designing interactive exercises suited to students’ cultural backgrounds
Day Three: Practice and Professional Development (2 Hours)
First Hour: Classroom Management and Teaching Methods
- Taking individual differences and cultural motivations among students into consideration
- Applying classroom management approaches suitable for different student profiles
Second Hour: Practical Teaching and Material Preparation
- Delivering a mini lesson or preparing teaching material for a specific language skill
- Designing a worksheet for a specified number of participants
- Performance assessment and immediate feedback
This training program offered by ARÖMER aims to help participants put their theoretical knowledge into practice and become more competent and well-equipped instructors in the field of Arabic language teaching.
Participants will be given assignments during the training, and examinations will also be administered as part of the program.
Participants who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Participation.
